The school I prepped at was built ona mass grave of plague victims. It was nothing to encounter bad smells and cold spots as well as hear moans and chains rattling in the basement.
Oh wait
This was a private school in London. Bad smells and cold spots were normal. And those moans were probably some unfortunate 4th year doing some extra work for an instructor.

We’re doing work in the old insane asylum in DC. Weirdest building I’ve ever been in. Nothing above the basement level connects. Was St Elizabeth’s.

If I’m digging a grave with a shovel, I’m hitting 3 feet max. That excavator is going in dry on about 12 feet. I think they’ll find any bodies.

Look up the proper people on YouTube. They have a number of videos where they do this. It’s really unbelievable how much of the stuff in the abondoned mental asylums is left untouched.
