I could see some rich dad buying that thing for his high school kid...

There's a kid at Rummel with an F250 Platinum lifted with 40" tires like that.. All the custom suspension is chrome and trimmed in blue... He even has a train horn mounted under it...

They promote it as an off-road vehicle. I personally wouldn't get a vehicle with premium options for off-road. More than likely, you will use this to sit in traffic with style.
