Supposedly according to TMZ he actually is going to announce that he doesn't have it. He's going to announce that he did have it, but now his blood is HIV-free. So basically he's still a complete narcissistic sociopath, that thinks he's the first person to be cured of HIV.

What he did is criminal. Banging chicks and dudes knowing he is HIV+ is a no-no and the shite is about to hit the fan for Charlie Sheen.
He will commit suicide before heading off to prison for the rest of his for hundreds of attempted murder charges. Not to mention, skanks are about to come out of the woodwork wanting to sue the living shite out of Sheen and get paid. He's about to be broke, full of AIDS, jobless and will never have sex again for the rest of his life.
