Hmmm I don't know why the back would be worn more. I'm not very mechanically inclined. Brakes and an oil change I can handle though.
I don't typically change all 4 because the front wear out much faster on our vehicles. Which she has a new car now so I haven't changed shite on it.

Squeaking is an intentional sound created to warn you are down to low pad thickness.
When you need rotors, it's because the old ones are warped. Yours aren't.

Check your slide pins and make sure they are moving easily. If they aren't, clean and grease them. That will cause irregular wear.

I would like to see someone compressing the caliper on a truck with a channel locks without opening the bleed valve. If you don't have any of the tools autozone sells a little compression tool that might be cheaper than a c clamp

The rotors do not have to be turned or replaced unless there was metal to metal contact. However, the brake job will last longer if the rotors are straightened. Your choice.

Rotors have gotten so cheap you might as well buy new ones
