PGM of Texas. This is a cat recycling center in Gulfport. They bring them to places like this or EMR/Southern Recycling.

How are they supposed to determine which ones are stolen? There large salvage yards that legally remove and sell several thousand converters per month. They have their own problems with converter theft. They now cut the converters off of totaled cars as soon as they come through the gate. and move the to a secure location.
