Every six months.

Could try yoga too. Not proven but anecdotally is said to help.

I have terrible carpal tunnel, it's injury related, and I also do yoga. Yoga isn't gonna help!

Like I said, it's not proven.

Take Wellbutrin. That combined with tramadol? Not contraindicated but some things it have read come close.

My brother took it before trying surgery and it made his heart beat go way up, so he got off it and had the surgery a couple months later.

I think everyone should do yoga, it's amazing, but In my experience it isn't going to reduce swelling in your hand!

Yep! I have it coming on myself, but so far Ibuprofen has worked for me. When it gets bad enough i will get the surgery. Including my brother i know 7 people that the surgery was best for them.

Tachycardia is not a serious side effect. The reason I like tramadol so much is because there's so few side effects. The. Most serious one is lowering the seizure threshold which is really only a problem to someone with an undiagnosed seizure disorder.

Just because you know one person who had a bad reaction does not mean there are "serious side effects" for everybody. By that logic no one should use Old Spice because it turns armpits red.
