Check your windshield wipers.
If they move at normal, "strong" pace, it's likely not the battery/connection and probably the starter. If they look weak, it's probably the battery.

Jump it off and then let the alternator charge the battery fully before you try to start it again. Sounds like your new battery wasn't fully charged and it has enough juice to power the electronics and lights but not enough to turn over the engine.

Turn the lights on, then turn the key to the crank position, if the lights dim, it is probably the starter. if they don't it's a connection.Check your ground connection.
