Was it completely office from the beginning to the demise. I know a lot of purely office buildings didn't have to install the same plumbing as residential. It kind of explains why most reuse developers go for hotels to convert into apartments because they typically have higher plumbing capacity.

Yes.

And to the question above on plumbing, it sucked in the Tower. Yes it has always been office spaces since inception.
