You can OD in any type of narcotic.
It’s pretty mild but if you drink enough of it, it will happen.
It’s like Advil. Taking 3-4 won’t do much but help your headache. Take 15-20 and you might have issues

Acetaminophen is poison to the liver, so yes. If youre looking for the ingredient that makes you drowsy, just take a bunch of Unisom or benadryl.
