I hope we don’t see anything line that kind of rainfall again. Northern EBR got 30 inches of rain in one day. Watson got almost 32 inches.

No city can realistically handle that.

Noticed that the walls on the newer parts ofI-10 in Ascension have outlets to let water flow. I’m sure they will eventually retrofit I-12 in Denham.
