Can someone explain to me who all is on SWB's staff and what each position is?

I was able to put together Kips' easily because everything was rigid and with borders and well-defined.
Can I get an "Army division/corp-like" listing?
In other words, who did the mayor PICK? I am not talking about the city council, which is in place before and after she was born or is gone.

I'm an alternate, it's pretty chill. Just go in on Thursday mornings sometimes and give some input about how shitty white people are. The pay isn't great but there's a huge sense of accomplishment so that's nice.

After over 6 months in office, she still doesn't have a permanent Chief CAO. Isn't this something most mayors can get done in a few weeks? It took her months to find the liar from Washington.
