I can see it correctly now that it's been explained. The mouth is her right eye - full area around her right eye. She is looking toward the lower right corner of the photo. The other eye is not visible due to shadow, and she is wearing a black Covid mask that conceals the rest of her face.
Give it a moment and you'll figure it out, but I actually prefer the way it looks at first glance. Certainly a more accurate representation of what we have representing our government on every front.

I've read your description, zoomed in, and studied it for the last 20 minutes. I still see a Star Wars alien at one of those alien bars.

Man I can't see it at all.
All I see is a black area with a faint tan oval. What other clues are you seeing to tell you it's a face looking down and right?
