I don't see why not. I see plenty of otherwise healthy people park in them in their Escalades every time I go to the store.

Yeah. I know a guy who wanted a handicapped placard because he was on chemo and couldn't walk far. His doctor told him that wasn't possible but he could get him one for his hearing aid.

My dad was and my mom is deaf and neither ever had one for being so.
