Time to book for Mullet Toss. I'm getting kind of burnt out on the Phoenix properties. Any recommendations for a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo on the beach? TIA

More power to you but I personally never get tired of the Phoenix. Except for the elevator situation. That could use improvement.
