One of my idiot college friends (from Atlanta, of course) smacked one of the cop horses on the arse when we were in town for Mardi Gras probably 7-8 years ago. The cop took a billy club and smacked the frick out of my friend’s head, but just turned around and let him leave. We all laughed our asses off, the degenerate deserved it and was lucky to not be in jail.
