Bought a bed from there a few years ago. Decent quality, still looks good and it wasn't expensive. Don't remember how much I paid for delivery, but they showed up when they said they would and put it together in less than five minutes.
Wasn't a bad experience at all, and the bed is holding up great.

My uncle owns a "low income" furniture store that sells some of the same stuff as RTG. He doesn't even use his own furniture

My friend bought a bunch of stuff from them and had a delivery date set. Got a call a few days before delivery saying one item was priced wrong and he would need to pay an extra $200 or so. He refused and said they couldn't change the price after and it was their mistake, not his. They refused to budge and then started telling him they would not deliver the furniture or something ridiculous. He ended up canceling his entire order with them. Horrible customer service that cost them a bunch of money because they made a mistake and wouldn't just let it go.

We have a really nice stand from there that is a really good piece of furniture.
That said, after looking in the store for an hour we only saw 1 or 2 other pieces of furniture that looked like they could maybe be worth it to keep for longer than a few years, even at low prices. I would say on average its probably 3 star hotel level quality.
