re: Burger King stirring it up with this tweet this morning

Reading the Twitter thread. People are actually still upset about the tweet, even though they clearly explained the meaning and purpose.

It goes to show you, for many people they really don't give a damn about context.

Funny thing is, women are an extreme minority in kitchen restaurants, and if you ever worked in the back of the house, you’d see that right away, and you’d also know why. It’s pretty brutal, and not for the faint of heart, that’s for sure, but as a result you find the notorious chefs are dominated by men. That’s not to say there aren’t awesome female chefs, sous chefs, and line cooks, but it’s very heavily dominated by men. So, in the spirit of being inclusive, maybe women do belong in the kitchen.
