That's not in Pamplona. There's no corner like this on the route there and the streets in the video are way too narrow/not enough people, also it's at night. Probably another run they have in one of the smaller villages.

They say the Kentucky Derby is the best two minutes in sport, I have to admit while this isn't classified as "sport" it is way more entertaining and intense than the Derby. A whole ton of fun and I thoroughly enjoyed the several days I was there.
