Yep. The mosquitos in MI and MN are way worse than in the South. They just don't have as long of a season. But Jun-Aug they will annihilate you.

A lot of misinformation in here. Yes, the bugs have been killed off,
But, the eggs will not be killed. So, we will see way fewer mosquitoes shirt term(I was being bitten last week) but will see them once temps are right for the eggs to hatch.
Those comparing our situation to northern states are misguided. Species matter.
