Brooks Brothers Online Suit Purchase - In Store Alteration Question

Never purchased a suit online from them before but they’ve got a good clearance going on. I see you can request alterations and they will rake in the pants by an inch before delivery, but I will need them taken up more than that. Can you just take an unaltered online item into the store and have it done?

I've heard they give discounts for seersuckers if you wear them to a funeral.
