I laughed at your meme at first, then I looked into it. The Constitution sunk six British warships during the war of 1812

Think about it. The last naval battles the US Navy fought were during World War II. That was 81 years ago. And none of those ships are still in service. The only ones left from that time are all museum ships.

Some active navy ship has to have sunk an enemy patrol boat or a pirate ship or something.

This is correct. The second active ship is the US Pueblo commissioned in 1945 did not sink a ship.

According to the Google machine, Operation Preying Mantis in 1988 was the last time this happened.
Those ships are now decommissioned, leaving the Constitution.
