Brick/Concrete sealers - High Gloss vs "Wet look"

I know a big thing with these products are yellowing or it turning milky white. This one says it won't (of course). Anybody have any experience with this? Any recommended products? LINK
Also, what's the difference between "wet look" & high gloss? Is the wet look just a little less shiny? That's what I'm thinking cause it's also called satin sometimes.
FYI: Sealing about 500sq ft brick outdoor patio

Anything trendy like that, you can bet you will hate it in 5 years once it's not in style

Kemiko is a good brand. Used it lots over the years.
