No doubt.
He did something to make the shoot.
I just don’t know what so I’m not going to pass judgement on the officers. Hard enough doing what they do to have everyone second guessing the appropriate action after the fact.
Like the Brooks deal in Atlanta. You get in a scuffle like that who the hell is counting taser shots? If he has a taser did he get the partners gun as well? I certainly wouldn’t give him the opportunity.
