re: BR Traffic Thread - Change LSU class times?

Just another cheap-arse idea that won't resolve the problem at all.

Look at Birmingham - lots of traffic going from Texas/LA to the northeast. They built the 459 and require all trucks not delivering in town to use the bypass. The downtown area does get congested now, but nothing in comparison to the nightmare that is BR.

Quit stalling on the only solution to this mess - find a route for 6 lane bypass (3 each direction), limit the amount of exits on that bypass to discourage locals from using it, build a new bridge. Route thru traffic around. Everything else is pissing in the wind.
