Taking the family to the parade tomorrow. Typically we catch it close to the start in front of the Catholic Life center, but park further away.
Does anyone know how early you need to get there to get a parking spot in the Catholic Life Center parking lot? I know they eventually S/D Acadian right north of the interstate.

I used to walk in the parade w/ Kilts & Kisses. We led the parade and staged from Catholic Life Center.
We used to get to CLC and park between 7 & 7:30 am. The lot would be starting to fill up, but there were still spaces.

I cut down Perkins by terrace yesterday and noticed people had blocked off areas like the neutral ground. Has this always been a thing for the st pats parade?

I assume this is when the parade was typically starting at 10am? … so 2.5-3hrs b4 start time?

Yeah, that should be sufficient.

Yeah, that idiot should have had the parade in the forecast of bad rainstorms and tornado warnings instead of a nice clear beautiful Sunday.

I’m not being sarcastic, I want less people there. More space for me
