Love the rower. I'm a fan of row Tabatas. I know this doesn't answer your question, I just wanted to say how much I love the rower.

I love it too. I have 2 of them. My favorite workout is like this
1000m row
20 push-ups and 20 trx rows
800m row
18 push-ups and 18 trx rows
600m row
15 push-ups and 15 trx rows
400m row
12 push-ups and 12 trx rows
200m row
10 push-ups and 10 trx rows.
Should take around 20 mins and have you completly blowed up.

BR gyms with rowers?

I have memberships at Anytime Sherwood and LA Fitness. LA Fitness in Perkins Rowe has 2 air rowers, the Siegen location has 4, and Anytime Sherwood has two.

I'm curious if any gyms in the area have water rowers.
