I learned to swim at that YMCA.

There was that big field in front of the Y. You could walk across it and down a trail straight onto Beechwood Drive. That was the part of Beechwood I lived on.


The Y closed and then it became some place for juvenile delinquents to go iirc. Wonder if that building/pool is still open in some sort of fashion.

My brother and I went to that Y during summers for years.
