Checked it twice, both times in the 180's. Took my BP medicine late today but this is pretty high.
Should I go have it checked out, or wait an hour and check it again?
What did you use to take your BP with and what does your BP normally run?

Very hight resting SBP on multiple occasions with a history of HBP. For the aspirin, I dont know his family history if HD but given that, it couldnt hurt to check that box.

I've used the machine before and its been consistent with what was my BP at the doctor's.
No symptoms other than my eyes are jacked up but that is due to Graves Disease (I hope).

Has your doctor diagnosed you with Graves, or are your just hoping that is why your eyes are jacked up?

You need to have sat in a quiet room for 5 minutes. Just walking around the pharmacy can raise it 10 points or more.
You shouldn't have any concern tonight if you otherwise feel fine.
If you do have anything feeling out of the ordinary- even as simple as heartburn- it's another story.

No, I've been diagnosed both with Graves and with pseudotumor cerebri, both of which occasionally mess with my eyes (as in right now).

I would recommend against this. An ER or after-hours clinic would give him some clonidine and send him home. He needs to be started on an actual BP medication (or have his current ones increased).

Baby aspirin ingestion now wouldn't serve very much of a purpose. He's very unlikely to be having a cardiac event if the only thing he did was stop and take his blood pressure randomly and notice it was high.
If this were an acute event, he (or you or anyone else), should take 4 baby aspirin (or a single regular, non-enteric coated aspirin), chew it and go to the ER.
But nothing sounds like a cardiac event from the story. Also, stroke is a fairly big concern if he has any deficit, especially if he's talking about a headache. If someone is having a stroke, it should be determined whether there is a brain bleed or night prior to taking an aspirin. Aspirin with a brain bleed can be pretty bad.
I don't think he's having a stroke. But randomly taking aspirin for high blood pressure is probably as likely to harm as it is to help. Though the odds of it being a non issue are highest, this isn't something people should just do without knowing what they're doing.

1. Not being still before taking your BP can give an elevated reading, and hyperthyroidism (like Graves) can cause an widened pulse pressure which could explain the high systolic blood pressure.
2. Do you have anyway to measure your bp now?

Mine there is always blood pressure due to dehydration. I have no colon anymore and get dehydrated quickly.
I have a BP machine at work. Aspirin this the blood and brings down my BP until I can catch up.

That's not how aspirin works. The "blood thinning" effect is a simplification of inhibiting platelet aggregation, making you clot slower. It has no measurable effect on BP, but if it does cause a change, it would cause a transient increase in blood pressure (Google NSAID induced hypertension if interested. But an 81mg aspirin basically won't do anything to your pressure).
