Guth said it’s that kind of violence that keeps her away from crowded bars.

“I don’t know, it’s a lot of young people drinking,” said Guth.

According to Shaka's Live management, the alleged victim was causing problems and was asked to leave. Over the next hour and 45 minutes he left and returned to the club four different times, attempting to get into the show.

At one point the victim claimed to have a weapon, and that’s when the security guard got physical.

“Tell you what, if someone came at me with a weapon I would probably do what was necessary to protect myself or my family,” said Virginia Beach man named Jason.

However, according to Shaka's Live no weapon was found on the alleged victim. That man, who is expected to be okay, has taken out a citizen warrant against the security guard for assault, which would be a misdemeanor.

I was at a bar in Shreveport once that didn’t allow hats. I got drunk and kept putting on my hat only to have bouncers fuss at me. I was drunk and finally a bouncer came over, grabbed my hat and threw it on floor and then stepped on it. I hit him with a random beer bottle, although his arm blocked it when he threw his hands up. 2 other bouncers came in and roughed me up pretty damn good.

I never filed no damn charges but I wasn’t almost dead either, did have a busted eye, broken nose, and couldn’t hear in my right ear for a couple days. Just accepted I was the arse. One of the bouncers actually shook my hand outside the bar Crazy part is I was drinking a whiskey drink and never spilled it. My buddies said it was like I was guarding my drink for dear life instead of protecting myself.

ETA: The spilling drink reminds me of another story but not a bouncer one. There use to be a bar I frequented a lot and there was always a really big fricker that he and I always cussed at each other. Dude was always there by himself and all he did was run his mouth to people. I knew he could kick my arse, especially since I was always very drunk. One night I was very very drunk and drinking whiskey. Buddy and I were standing there talking and that big dude comes by and wasn’t even bothering us. I told him something like”frick off” as he walked by. He picked me up and threw me against wall and took off running out the bar. Buddy said I covered up my drink while I was being thrown and never spilled a drop. I just got up and said “well damn, that bitch is strong” and went back to drinking like nothing happened. They never allowed him back in after that.
