what is the best glue to use for bolts to be bolted to wood furniture

probably shouldnt be using glue for bolts on wood furniture unless its cosmetic. any other woodworking questions for the craftsman forum

Why would you ever glue a bolt to furniture? Now if you are looking for something so that it does not back out, then you are looking for loc-tite, but that would glue the nut to the bolt, not anything to wood.

If you are trying to get a bolt to adhere to wood you need to use Epoxy. You can go and get a 5 minute Epoxy at any ACE or Big Box hardware store.
