That new subdivision off of Staring next to the Staring Motel is practically at full capacity with people over paying to live there.
You got the hood shite going down at the Staring Motel right next to where you live
Avis Ave is a violent neighborhood, right up the street and Town South Ave hoodrats driving up and down Staring, late night. Bles Dr is right around the corner too, where multiple deadly shootings have occurred.

Yeah I never understood the appeal of living right there. It's close to the Bluebonnet/Essen employment corridors I guess.

My company has begun to speak about expanding into other markets due to NOLA and BR becoming a cesspool. While it may be labeled as an expansion, I believe its an eventual total relocation.
