Wasn’t it the same game when Knight beat up the phone that Dale Brown grabbed his own throat saying Knight “choked”? I’m pretty sure I watched that one live with my old man. Pretty sure Coach Brown got a T for the gesture.

“We lost one of the greatest coaches in the history of basketball today, Clearly, he was one of a kind. Coach Knight recruited me, mentored me, and had a profound impact on my career and in my life. This is a tremendous loss for our sport and our family is deeply saddened by his passing. We offer our sincerest condolences to Karen, Tim, Pat, and their families during this difficult time.”

When death is inevitable, the best thing to do is to lay back and enjoy it.
I knew a guy whose grandfather woke up late at night and realized he was having a heart attack. He had recently lost his long-time wife and decided it was time to pass, too, so he went to his living room and sat in his recliner and waited ti die. And waited. And waited. He turned on the tv to help pass the time. After a few hours, he said “screw this” and called an ambulance.
