I’m sure Six Flags kicks the tires on any independently owned theme park in this country. Doesn’t mean they will pay a competitive price for it.


As far as current ownership goes, I don’t know how much actually was done by them other than integrating Dixie Landing (old Fun Fair Park) into the property.

A lot of key elements on site were part of Fantasy, the original water park, which opened in the early-mid 80s before closing down when the state economy went into the shitter due to the oil crash.


An awful lot of the park (wave pool, big slides, etc, we’re left over from that original park which was dormant for a number of years.
