Does this mean we can't blame the War on drugs for that guy's suicide in the 50 page thread?

I share this experience with you. I really don't see how anyone who has never been in that place can understand it. It's crippling. Numb.

They don't. And I hope they never do. But they could at least reserve judgement.

The fact that you gave it thought and didn't go through with it shows that you have courage and care about your loved ones a lot.

I never said medicine doesn't help either. Medicine helped me get through an awful time in my life. It helped me stop staring at the bottle of sleeping pills that I wanted to down. Exercise also helped me feel better. Therapy also helped me feel better. Lots of stuff. I'm not discounting anything. I was trying to explain that medications don't exist only to make money and you also can't only have exercise and diet as a course of treatment. Sorry if I was unclear.

When in fact, a balanced diet and exercise would likely control the issue.

Seriously, I've defended you before but if you keep it up, never again. Stop.

I cannot relate to those thoughts of hopelessness, but people also need to understand that interacting with those situations can be difficult and lead to mistakes.

The cortisol causes stress. Exercise reduces stress. This isn't rocket surgery.

Could somebody be born without this and therefore without the ability to feel stress?
