I knew of a guy from Namibia (of Afrikaner descent), who was a bit of a shite stirrer and didn't care about being politically correct. He would often apply for scholarships dedicated to "those of African descent", and try and get attention through BS affirmative action policies. He wasn't very popular among the other "African Americans".
