There are some fricking evil people in this world. The poor husband/dad of the victims. It would take a lot for me to not try to get to that heffer in the court room. Hopefully jail Justice will happen when the inmates find out she murdered a child.

I’ve got reservations about the death penalty and know we have no doubt executed innocent people, but cases like this are why I can’t just get rid of it wholesale.
Maybe we should make it harder to impose, but layup cases like this are why we shouldn’t get rid of it.

So you’re REALLY equating an 85 year old dude who shot a kid that went to the wrong house and a younger psycho who murdered a 3 year old in a public place in a targeted act of violence. Get help and get fricked “mod.”
