Did anyone else think the whole "Bill was such a stud" narrative rang pretty hollow? He was in the band in high school. The band! Do you know what kind of kids were in the band in 1950s Arkansas??? Fat dweebs with chubby knees. No way was Bill ever a player until he had power. And anyone can get laid then.
