I listen to Burr's podcast. Not sure if you are being sarcastic, but if its the same bit from his podcast, he wasn't in no way saying it as if he was jealous.
He was just saying he wishes he could buy a basketball arena and do his shows there instead of having to travel so much. And how it would be nice to have the people come to him...
On his podcast, at times I think he just tries out new material to see what kind of response he will get

He will be there in June. It was a bit. Just joking about how Joel Olsteen is more of an entertainer than a preacher/pastor.. or whatever he is called. He even said that he has to now find away to set it up so he can do shows without having to pay taxes.
