Yeah, I would pick several places in Oregon and Washington before Boulder. It's landlocked which is a huge negative for me.

Same here. Oregon has more ecosystems. That posters stance was about rock climbing and mountain biking, well Oregon has that too except more outdoor activities that don't exist in CO.
