Either get a man or a foreign chick to give you a deep tissue massage. Most of the American chicks don't have a clue how to give a real massage.
Tip: massage around the shoulder blades, mid back - work for way up focusing on where the neck joins the shoulders then follow the sides of the neck to the base of the skull, retrace steps and repeat.
And massage the base of the back, the hips, and the arse cheeks. These chicks always skip this part.
