I regret to inform you that using "Bet" as a valediction would be an incorrect usage of that term.

"Bet" is a response similar to "Okay" or "Got it".

Kindly,

Getting it wrong is part of the charm. Like Dustin Hoffman's mustard stained tie in Runaway Jury.

Have a blessed day,

Do they teach that in law school or something? Lawyers are the only people i know who do that.

The gayest thing is when people address a group email or text as “Team,”

Where I work, a lot of people use ‘God Bless’ on their email signatures

I always say out loud in my office ‘who sneezed?’ And I laugh to myself

I would use that occasionally if I could but I'm certain it would not be appropriate in my work. Wish I could

I am extremely petty to point I have two issues with this. 1.) Using exclamation points makes you seem overzealous. 2.) I prefer using the entire phrase "Thank You" and usually only when I'm asking for something to be done because it is less casual and sounds more sincere.

1) I am overzealous.

2) I find emails casual by definition, thus the casual thanks.

Sincerely,
Sugarbaker

I’ve been called in at work a few times because my emails have been perceived as ‘mean’

So - I don’t think it’s right to end my mean emails with (achoo) God Bless

I prefer the phrase "strongly worded" - it's a fine line and an art form to walk it.

God Bless,

That's tough. Probably folks not doing their job. "Please" and "thank you" go a long way to soften the tone. So does copying the person's immediate supervisor.

Warmly,
