Rivergate is in between RR and Beaulliu place. I think it is called River Gate. RR is nice, but the most of the houses are too close.

You have a BS story for every GD thing posted on here.

If people actually believe you, then at this point your net worth and investments must rival Warren Buffett.

I don't understand the need for a golf cart, I can walk anywhere in River Ranch pretty easy.

Seriously considering it. It's just me so I don't need a ton of space and it's right in the middle of everything and close to work.

Sure, if you want to develop a respiratory ailment from the ancient AC ducts. It's a nice area, but the age of the house would be my #1 concern when buying.

RR gets a lot of shite, but it's actually a nice area and the houses are some of the newest in Lafayette. A lot of people here stretch themselves financially to live in this fashionable area, so I predict many sales in teh not to distant future.

West Bayou is my favorite. It's a mix of both and the prices won't be as high as some other areas.

Really like west and east bayou a lot. Don't think I could pull the trigger and go for RR.

I'm curious to see how many houses in River Ranch go up for sale though considering the recent oil downturn.
