Do those cryo chamber things work, maybe?

Turmeric worked for me
Same here - I mean like night / day better with turmeric. YMMV though because I've got a friend with the same symptoms and it give him such GI distress he can't take it.

How do you take the turmeric? Just buy the powder?

I've heard of some people getting good results with just the powder and mixing it into their protein shake, smoothie, sprinkling it on their eggs, or whatnot. Seems like it would be hard to dose that way though. One of the big factors with turmeric is that you want one that includes bioperine (black pepper extract) because the two work together to massively increases the bio-availability of the turmeric.
Personally, this is what I use and get it at Costco:

At first, I wasn't sure whether it was my imagination that it was working or maybe something else. So I went off of it for a while - knee pain came back. Went back on it - knee pain went away. I'm convinced - I take one each twice/day. The brand above comes in a regular strength too and I tried that one but the 1,000mg dosage does the trick for me.

C60 will do it.
You want it in the avocado oil suspension. Just a dropper 2x a day. Will take a couple of weeks to get in your system and start to solve the problems.
Will change you life.
This is not medical advice and C60 is not certified for human consumption. Proceed at your own risk.
Catch Clif High talking about it in a few YouTube vids. Really interesting stuff.
If you’ve not heard about it, you should research it and decide if it’s worth a test. Not everyone is willing to step beyond prescriptions and surgery and that’s ok.
