Good idea, if wife has a lawyer then you need one too. No sense in limiting yourself to Ascension. All BR lawyers also work in Ascension.

Overtime does not apply if it's extraordinary or due to seasonal work. All other overtime counts. I'm guessing her lawyer knows this.

No, last year was the first year I worked alot of OT. The 2 years before that, I only worked 20-30 hours OT all year.
