He's just really limiting himself with "walking distance to campus". I live at East Boyd, and it's great and within walking distance. However i really can't think of many other nice condos in walking distance

I think college kids have a bad idea of what "nice" is. shite some of my friends apartments are as nice as their parents' houses.

I can't say I blame him. I cared more about being able to walk to and from campus too rather than the apartment itself. I lived at Sterling/Northgate Apartments for 4.5 years. I liked being able to leave 20 minutes before class every day and having no unforeseen delays.
