I received the email on Mon but not the other emails. We were able to get most stuff out Sunday but there is still some stuff that was ruined we didn't grab. Went by at 1 today and it was a mad house. Screw it they can clean my unit and throw away all. I expect this months refund or partial refund. I bet we don't see that.

We had 2 units towards back on Manchac side. Didn't even think about storage at the time. Went by Sun morn and saw it was taking on water. Water started rising quick. We are building a house and most all we owned was in there.
Wish they would have sent an email earlier to warn us. The manager lives on the property.
Oh well is what it is.
Lots of people lost everything and my prayers and thoughts are with all.

I received the same type of letter from my storage unit in Walker but I haven't had the time to go by there yet obviously.
