Beard question - anyone have a full beard with no soul patch?

I’m growing my first beard for fun during this quarantine and I’m starting to like what I’ve got so far. Issue is, I have zero hair growing in the soul patch area. Well, I had two hairs that looked like strays so I shaved them.
Is this a possible look to pull off? Full beard except for totally exposed skin underneath bottom lip?

no, not imo.
but you can take your clippers and trim a quarter inch below your lower lip. that's should help. same thing above upper lip.

Same here for the most part. But I’d like to groom and tame it to see if it’s something that I’ll keep in the future.
I like what it’s doing to my jaw line but the lack of growth under my lip worries me. Also, it’s scraggly as frick but that’s another thread I guess. Beard oil is doing nothing for it and pomemade just gave the wildness a matte finish.

I actually look 10 pounds lighter. I’m already skinny because of my work outs and awesome diet I’ve been doing. I’m looking fresh actually
