That is the truth, and they claim chiropractors are quacks. The only time I go to an orthopedic surgeon is if my chiropractor suggests it, and they will not cut on me again unless I cannot walk.

Start doing pull ups and chin ups, works better than an inversion table and doesn't take up space in your house.

I have one. I only use it when my back flares up. It's a miracle worker in my opinion

hmmmm

I believe that every tool has its place but you need to speak with proper medical personnel first to see if its the right tool for you.

speak with a physiatrist, a legitimate chiropracter, or neuro physician

Check shite like Craigslist and letgo app.

You can find em for $25. They take up space and people stop using them. Sell them just to be rid of em.

if "something" is wrong with your back it makes things worse if you have a medical issue that needs correction.

if you just have normal disk pressure related issues or muscular issues like 90% of people do, then they are a God send.

i used them, at first you think you wasted money since you just hang upside down and it will help "pop" things back in alignment if you are bent out of position, but after just 5-10 minutes every day you start to notice the pain is gone and rarely comes back and if it does, its not as bad as it used to be.

having had one i can tell you all you have to do is find a way to hang upside down so you dont really need to buy one to do that if you are creative. bottom line is, inversion relieves tension in your back and that relieves the pain and discomfort that goes with it.

Been using one (got at Academy for $85.00) for 25 years +. I use it pretty much daily after a lower back stretching routine. It helps me....

well i have never heard of someone going to a Chiropractor once and being fixed. Everyone i know who has gone to one has to go routinely. If that isnt snake medicine idk what is.
