Does Kip want to run again? I know he was openly critical of Broome's race pandering in the beginning. The best BR may be able to hope for is that Tara Wicker runs and is able to eliminate Broome in the primary. I don't know a whole lot about Wicker, but she has shown reluctance to play the race politics game in the past and she's not well-liked by Chauna Banks and her gang on the Metro Council. That alone speaks well of her integrity.
