Traffic in BR has been nice for the last week. I don't think the bridge has had a back up in a week. This must mean that non essentials are the ones causing all of the mess on I10.

Traffic is always nice when school is out.
We could easily cancel public school in EBR permanently. It's not doing much good. We'd save a boatload of money and instead of building new road and highway infrastructure do needed maintenance on what we have.

State employees , soccer moms and college students alone make a huge difference. Last night I walked around my neighborhood for two hours between 7-9 with the dog, and saw 3 cars. It’s eerie.
